It's by no means a professional recording- LOL- so don't expect anything grand. Just lil' ol' me and my android phone rocking it out. I'm just a crazy stay at home mom who needs a creative outlet every once and again waiting for wedding season to return. So this just happened to be the latest ridiculousness that popped out of my head.

To all the moms and dads out there workin' it on Friday night- here's a virtual HIGH FIVE! Cleaning up toys, washing dishes, brushing teeth, reading bedtime stories... it's how we spend our Friday nights and we wouldn't have it any other way :)

There’s a toddler in my bed
There’s a pounding in my head
Toys are all over the room
Gotta get kids up for school
It smells like we need Febreeze
Baby’s passed out next to me
Husband’s hogged all
of the sheets
Is this my kid's sweat or pee?
Cleaning up last night
Made me lose my mind
I’m tired
Oh well
It’s a blacked out blur
But I’m pretty sure it ruled
Yeah!
Last Friday night
Ya we cleaned the tabletops
And we picked up all the blocks
Think we kissed but I forgot
Last Friday night
Yeah we used our debit cards
Bought some supplies from Menards
Then we made Grandma some cards
Last Friday night
We watched Shark Tank on TV
Then we ate some Mac-n-Cheese
(But not me, I’m gluten free)
Last Friday night
Stayed up late to sweep and mop
Always say we’re gonna sto-op
Woah
This Friday night
Do it all again
This Friday night

Washed up all the pans and pots
Brushed their teeth and used some floss
Read 10 stories in a row
All the laundry’s on the floor
Ripped my favorite pajamas
